This notice explains how Futura Surgicare Pvt Ltd (“we”), which operates dolphinmesh.com, handles personal information sent to us through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we receive the details you enter — your name, email address, country and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, company or hospital and message, together with the product page you wrote from. We also record your IP address and the country our network provider (Cloudflare) associates with it. These are used to protect the form against spam and abuse; a mismatch between the two countries is only flagged for our team to review, never used to reject an enquiry.

Bot protection

The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being sent by a person. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser on Cloudflare's behalf.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it — for example to send product information, samples, quotations or regulatory documentation you have asked for. You will also receive an automatic email confirming that we received your enquiry. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Enquiries are delivered by email to our team at Futura Medtech and kept in a protected store so that none are lost. They may be shared within Futura Surgicare and, where you ask about distribution or supply in a particular country, with our authorised distributor for that country.

How long we keep it

Your IP address and the country associated with it are removed automatically after 180 days. The enquiry itself is kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you have sent us by writing to [email protected].
